Repair
How do I get my probe fixed? If you are a new customer, please give one of our customer service representatives a call to let them know you will be sending in your probe. If you are an existing customer, no phone call is necessary! Just send in your probe along with your current contact information. Any specific instructions can be included on the packing slip along with any printed images you may have of the problem.
Evaluations are free? Yes! We will do a free evaluation of your probe and you will receive it the same day the probe arrives at Wetsco. Your evaluation can be faxed, emailed, or viewed on the website if you are a registered user.
What else can I expect? After you receive your quote, just sign the quote and fax it back along with your Purchase Order. We will get started with your repair immediately and complete it in a timely manner. You can be assured that our customer service representatives will keep you informed on your repair and will contact you with any concerns or issues that may arise.
Do you offer any services online? We are pleased to announce that all repairs, sales, or exchanges can be tracked on our website. If you are a registered user you can stay up to date with all information regarding your repairs online including approving your repair, giving special shipping instructions, and tracking your probe once it has been shipped. What is your warranty? 90 calendar day warranty covers Wetsco replaced material and workmanship only. Warranty is void if Wetsco connector seal is broken/removed or part serial tag and/or label is broken or removed. Wetsco warranty does not cover abnormal use or customer abuse.
